Health and Travel Insurance
MANDATORY
Undertaking from client’ if not opting for Travel Insurance.
The client must ensure that the client is aware of all the necessary health requirements and precautions relevant to their travel. Against the backdrop of the pandemic, all countries and their local governments have restrictions and varying regulations concerning travelers entering their territories. Therefore, the client should have all the necessary vaccination documents ready before undertaking a tour. With varying COVID-19 travel regulations in place in different regions, the client is advised to follow up with the requirements to avoid denial of entry to certain places. We recommend that the client consult their local doctor for any health requirements before undertaking any tour.
The tour operator is not to be held liable in case of any health emergencies, arising out of adventure activities or extreme sports undertaken by the client on their account during the tour.
We will merely be a facilitator between the client and insurer (the travel insurance company) should the client choose to obtain travel insurance, which means that the contract will be between the client and the travel insurance company, and the tour operator will not be responsible for the same. Clients may be required to sign a disclosure in case they choose to decline travel insurance. All clients not possessing valid travel insurance will be traveling at their own risk. In case of any dispute, our legal team will handle the case.
Baggage
The client is responsible for taking care of their baggage and personal belongings at all times and under any circumstances. In case of any delay/loss of baggage by the airline/cruise/coach or any other carrier, we (the company and our representatives) will not be responsible for the loss of valuables or for making good such loss.
The client is advised to stick to the travel restrictions set out by the airlines concerning the weight/size/pieces of the baggage advised by the representative of our company at the time of booking.
